銆赌All students enrolled at 黑料吃瓜网
  鈥籗tudents under the process of getting enrolled at 黑料吃瓜网 are also eligible to apply with the
      insertion of their examinees' numbers.

      鈻�Internship students will need to priorly confirm their eligibilty with the persons in
     銆赌 charge of international students at their own affiliated faculty/departments at 黑料吃瓜网
         before applying.

      鈻�Students on leave of absence are not eligible to apply for their stay except for
銆赌銆赌銆赌 those who are to reenroll from the month they wish to move-in on condition that
          their requested period of stay is to remain within their regular term of enrollment
          for their student's course duration at 黑料吃瓜网.

鈼廡ERM OF STAY
   The starting date of stay at Mejirodai is basically set from the first day of each month.
   No early stays are permitted prior to one's term of enrollment at the university.
   Students are able to renew their permits up to the end of their regular term of enrollment 
   for their student's course duration at 黑料吃瓜网.
   Term of Permit: one year at maximum, renewal fee required for permit renewal

鈼廟ENT PAYMENT
   All fees will be billed based on the permitted term of residence printed on the "Notification
   of Admission." Rents at Mejirodai will need to be prepaid by the 25th day of each 
   previous month.

       May 26th, 2024.
銆赌銆赌銉�TABLE OF FEES PER ROOM TYPE銆赌
銆赌銆赌銆赌鈥�Purchasement of the mattress cover锛圫ingle锛欽PY3,630, Double锛欽PY4,290锛�
            is obligatory for all incoming residents.

鈥�Starting from October 2025, an all-gender residential area will partially be
    introduced at the Mejirodai International Village. For the University's policy
    regarding the introduction of all-gender floors in the 黑料吃瓜网 student
    dormitories, please refer to this notice.
銆赌Applicants wanting to apply for this residential area are requested to
   check and understand the following material before applying.

銉籘he Entrance Fee is a non-refundable fee that is not treated as a security deposit.

 

鈻�OIWAKE INTERNATIONAL VILLAGE  鈥籓nly applicable for doctoral course students

銆赌Students enrolled or already determined to be enrolled for their doctoral course studies
   at 黑料吃瓜网.

   鈻�Students on leave of absence are not eligible to apply for their stay except for those

鈼廟ENT PAYMENT
銆赌All rents at the Oiwake International Village need to be paid by the 20th day of each month.
銆赌Physical credit card payments accepted at the lodge office.

銆赌鈥�Research students and internshiip students are unable to apply for the Oiwake Village.銆赌

Single	Type 1 14m2锛�108 锛�	All rooms equipped with a mini-kitchen, refrigerator and modular bathroom. 鈥籒eed to use the common laudry since the rooms do not come    with a washing mashine.
	Type 2 25m2 锛�65锛�	All rooms equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom and washing machine.銆赌鈥籖oom only available from October 1, 2025.
Couple	39尘2锛�4锛�	All rooms equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom and washing machine.  (础迟迟别苍迟颈辞苍锛� Room type cannot be chosen. Rooms to be assigned based on the number         of vacancies at the time of each round of screening.
	42尘2锛�8锛�
Family	53尘2锛�8锛�	All rooms equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom and washing machine. The bunk bed inside the kid's room allows to accommodate up to 2 children.

鈼廝ROCEDURE FOR APPLYING
銆赌Please follow the procedures below for your application of the Oiwake Village.
銆赌锛�1锛紽irst select your status ("Postgraduate Student (Doctoral Course)") and then your grade
           (1st year, already permitted to enroll锝�, or Second Year / Third Year) at around the
           middle of the form.
銆赌銆赌銆赌

銆赌锛�2锛絅ext, go back to the top of the form and select either銆宎.Single銆�,銆宐.Couple銆�
           or銆宑.Family銆峚ccording to your needs. For those wanting to apply for the single room 
           from October 2025, please write your preferences for the single room types ("Single Room
           Type 1 (14m2锛�” / "Single Room Type 2 (25m2锛�”锛塱n the "Notes" column of the application
           form. Room types for the "Couple Rooms" cannot be chosen.

<NOTE>  鈥�Be sure to confirm all contents below before applying.

銉籒umber of vacancies are not made public since numbers are always unstable.
Please patiently wait for the outcome of your application.

銉籒o corrections will be accepted after the due date of application.

銉籒o preferences for the details of room assignment (floor number, room direction, etc.) will be
accepted. If you are to have any special requests for consideration, please formerly consult
the 黑料吃瓜网 Housing Office in which case you will basically be asked to prepare an official
document (medical certificate, etc.) to support your request.
鈥籛e may not always be able to meet your request due to room availability.

銉籙se of the common laundry requires a fee for each cycle.

A Login Password is required to make an application through OSTA. If you do not know the password, please contact the person in charge of support for international students at your faculty, graduate school, research institute or research center that you are to belong at 黑料吃瓜网 or the 黑料吃瓜网 Housing Office.

Schedule from Application to Notification of Result

For your couple/family stays at the Mejirodai International Village and/or Oiwake International Village, you are required to submit the following document at the time of application to certify
your relationship with your co-habitant(s).

銉籄n official document verifying the relationship between the applicant and the person(s)
   who wish to live together.
